Acid electrolysis

Eliminate oxidation scale with the power of liquid medicine and electricity. Remove it beautifully and evenly in a short time.

Acid electrolytic treatment agents are high-performance pretreatment agents developed to remove oxide scale, discoloration, and oxide films that occur on metal surfaces such as stainless steel and titanium. By immersing the product in an acidic solution and applying an electric current, electrolysis occurs, generating fine gases of oxygen and hydrogen. These gases physically stimulate the work surface while simultaneously breaking down and removing oxides through chemical reactions with the solution. This combined action allows for the treatment of complex-shaped parts and fine recesses that are difficult to handle with manual pickling or chemical cleaning, achieving a uniform and stable finish in a short time. By incorporating surfactants and wetting agents, the re-adhesion of dirt is prevented, further improving cleaning efficiency. It supports anode, cathode, and PR electrolysis (periodic polarity reversal), allowing for flexible setting of optimal treatment conditions according to the material and type of scale. The metal surface after treatment is bright and smooth, making it compatible with subsequent processes such as passivation, painting, and plating. With a proven track record in fields such as automotive, construction, medical, electronic components, and precision machinery, acid electrolysis, which simultaneously achieves labor saving, quality stabilization, and process shortening, significantly contributes to the efficiency of on-site operations.

Finishing electrolysis

Improved adhesion, gloss, and rust resistance. The key to high-performance finishing.

Finishing electrolysis is a finishing electrochemical treatment agent that significantly improves the appearance quality, corrosion resistance, and adhesion to subsequent processes (such as painting and bonding) of products by reliably removing residual oxide films, sludge, and fine foreign substances from the surface after plating treatment. It is compatible with various metal platings, such as nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), and tin (Sn), and is widely used in various fields, including decorative everyday items, residential and industrial components, functional electronic parts, and automotive components. This series offers both barrel and rack types, allowing for flexible operation tailored to product shapes and processing line methods. Additionally, it has a high degree of freedom in setting electrolysis conditions, enabling excellent results even at relatively low temperatures and short times, contributing to energy savings and process shortening. Sunlight's finishing electrolytic agents also consider environmental impact and worker safety, minimizing the use of regulated substances. The post-treatment cleanliness is also good, designed to reduce the risk of dirt and residues after drying. We provide support in both product quality and process improvement, including proposals for optimal formulations tailored to customer needs and assistance in introducing them into existing lines.
